Dick Hammer has over 45 years of experience in the timber industry. Dick is an experienced logger, road builder and negotiator. His experience dealing with the Forest Service, Department of Natural Resources, many private timber companies and lumber mills has earned him a high level of respect from his colleagues. Dick is charged with the preparation of bids for private and state timber sales. Dick personally cruises all proposed sales for feasibility before engaging the independent timber cruising services of John Schultz. The professional cruise, historical operations data, and current industry factors are analyzed and incorporated into a fair and reasonable purchase bid.
